Floor Hockey is a physically active program for 50 plus men and women. Sticks are provided. Come prepared to run and have fun.

GOLF

We are a group of golfers aged 50+ who play once a week at Poppy Estates Golf Course in Aldergrove.  We start at 10:00 am each Wednesday morning from mid-March to late September.  Ladies and men.  From novice to experienced make up our very friendly and social group, with new members always welcome.  Prizes are awarded for net and gross scores at our fun and final tournaments, with a great year end banquet being held at season’s end.

Skate to your favourite tunes at the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex.  Membership for each three month session is $10 and includes skate rentals and a helmet (optional). Come for the exercise, fun and meet active, happy seniors.

Thursdays 12:30 to 3:00 pm

Cost is $2.00 per session, payable at the front desk.

Skate to music from the 50’s to the latest. Bring your own skates. We recommend you use safety gear – helmet, pads, etc. All levels welcome.

Free instruction offered to all, from beginner to advanced. Learn to dance skate, join our slim and trim class or just go round and round. Have fun and get tuned up for the Skate A Palooza on Saturdays (restarting in January).

Dogwood Pavilion has a snooker room available for use during regular hours of operation.  Annual pas holders can use the snooker room during regular hours, for a $30.00 yearly fee (plus tax).
